Service Detail

  • A car will be delivered to your specified place with a fee of ¥1,575.
  • We also pick up your car to your door or to your desired location.
  • Your desired car will be delivered and picked up at the time of your request.
  • Stay home and relax while we bring you your desired car to your door and back to the rent-a-car shop.

Service Flow

STEP1 : Reservation

  • Please call(0120-525-827)or complete the order form.
  • Inform us your desired date, time, type of car and delivery location.

STEP2 : Delivery

  • Car will be delivered to your specified location.
  • We will ask for payment after confirmation of scratches, explaination of compensation and signing of our contract.

STEP3 : Pick Up

  • Car will be picked up at your specified location.
  • We will pick up your car after confirming for scratches, lost property and additional charges.

Car Types & Prices






  • KAJITAKU offers large selection of cars from compact to luxurious cars as well as vans.
  • Rental fee for compact cars for 6 hours is ¥4,095 (tax included).

  • Do your staff speak English ?
  • Our concierge and service cast will provide service in English.
  • Can I pick up the car anywhere I want ?
  • We cannot deliver a car on the streets. We can deliver to apartment and public parking spaces. We ask our customers to cover the parking fees if required.
  • Do I need to be present when the car is delivered ?
  • We ask our customer's to be present upon delivery for us to explain and confirm few things.
  • When can you pick up and deliver the car ?
  • We can pick up and deliver your car between 8:00 - 20:00.
  • Can I drop off the car at a different location ?
  • Please inform us f you would like to drop it off outside our service area. We will pick it up for free as long as your drop off area is within 50 km. For distance of 50-100km, the charge will be ¥6,300(tax included), and for every additional 50km, the charge will be ¥2,400 (tax included).
