  • Pick up and deliver from 12am to 2am
  • Selection of delivery slot (3 hrs daytime / 2 hrs night)

  • Depending on availability, we will pick up and deliver as soon as possible.

    We ask for 3 hour time frame from 12pm-7pm and 2 hour time frame from 7pm to 2am.

    The reason for two to three ours allowance is the traffic jam, finding parking lot. We apologize for inconvenience.

  • What is the payment method?

  • We accept credit card. We also accept bank transfer from corporate customers.

  • I need receipt.
  • Our service concierge will issue on payment
  • I often come home late. Could I use personal lockers located at my home for pick up and delivery ?
  • We do accept delivery to personal lockers. Please let us know when making the order.
  • What is deluxe finish? What is the difference?

  • Our cleaning meister presses and checks carefully.

    For example, jackets are pressed by hand on hanger avoiding unexpected wrinkles and button damage.

  • Do you have laundry (wash & fold style) service?

  • Yes we do. We wash items usually washed by your home laundry machines, such as towels, underwears, etc.

    We provide a specialized bag for free which you can stuff items of six to eight kgs. The price is 2,800 yen per laundry bag. Click for detail

  • Do you remove stains and blots?

  • Yes we do. Please let our service concierge know when we visit.
