Service Detail

  • Service includes pick up, washing, drying, folding and delivery of clothes.
  • FREE pick up and delivery.
  • Your laundry will never be mixed or washed with others.
  • A bag will hold up to about 6-8kg of clothes. You can fill the laundry bag as much as you like.
  • We also accept pick up and delivery from personal lockers at your home.

  • Do your staff speak English ?
  • Our concierge and service cast will provide service in English.
  • Can you pick up and deliver right away ?

  • As long as there is an opening, we will pick up and deliver as soon as possible.

    We ask for a 3 hour time frame from 12pm to 7pm and 2 hour time frame from 7pm to 2am.

  • What is the paying method ?

  • We accept cash and account transfer.

    We also accept bank transfer from corporate customers.

  • What kind of clothes can be washed ?

  • Anything that can be washed in a washing machine and dried in a dryer.

    We can't wash materials that are non-washable, shrinkable and clothes that need sterilization.
