  • We will install a camera in order for you to observe your pets using FOMA cell phones. (We can rent out FOMA cell phones)

Average price for 1 day is about ¥5,600-¥7,200 (excluding initial fee).

  • Extended service fee is ¥875 / 15 min.
  • Transportation fee is ¥500 one-way up to 30 min. ¥500 for every additional 30 min.
  • Cancellation Fee : Free 2 days before service, 50% charged a day before service, 100% charged a day of service.

  • Our concierge and service cast will provide service in English.

  • During our preliminary meeting, we will go over insurance and security details. We provide security stickers to prevent pet sitters from entering unnecessary rooms.

    You can check if anyone entered these rooms as the pattern on the sticker will lift up if anyone opens the room.
